I did a search for this nothing found directly.
I just changed my address for LTC I tried to change personal info but it said I had to change address first I did that then went back to change personal info and now it says " once an application is started this service is not longer available"
Anyone else have this issue? I'm just trying to change to my new home phone number, Hair is all gray now and yep lost a few pounds

You just simply send them an email, you can’t change that online. it’s free & easy. You don’t log in to do that, just send email saying you want to update your phone#

I'm glad this was posted. I just changed my address 2 days ago and needed to change phone and email and couldn't figure it out.
