Not so much one song... But went to see Sara Brightman in concert this weekend... Between Phantom of the Opera, Time to say goodbye, Ava Maria and many others... Just an experience at a whole other level.....
I have posted a couple of her songs her. It must have been magical to see and hear her sing in person. :thumbs2:
Magical for sure... I'd say 90% of the women and 50% of the men left with tears in their eyes... We were just stunned at the beauty of her voice and the performance.....

One of the prettiest melodies I have ever heard.

"The Second Amendment is absolute...If we refuse infringement to our Right to Keep and Bear Arms, as protected by the Second Amendment, we will never be burdened by tyranny, dictatorship, or subjugation - other than to bury those who attempt it. B.E.Wood

I have a couple. Since my Dad passed this last year, I had them play Daddy's Hands at his funeral. Has to be one of my all time favorites.
Then, you cant go wrong with Carrie Underwood and Vince Gill's version of How Great Thou Are

"Show Me The Way To Go Home." When I saw this on an episode of NCIS the silly song stuck in my head for days!

My latest "speak to me" song is going to have to be one that I grew up with. Surely there are a couple metal heads here right?

I think the most recent one must be this:

(I did not go through all the previous 58 pages of songs so forgive me if someone has already posted it - though this is supposed to mean what song defines me personally)

The song is performed by Andrea von Kampen. It was used as the soundtrack for a TV Christmas ad for Hafod Hardware store in Wales.
The song is "Forever Young" by Alphaville.
