I think that he feels entitled and superior to the masses so he doesn't believe that the law and rules apply to him.
The film, "The Social Network", shows this attitude even when he was a student at Harvard.
I am not a psychologist, but the term sociopath seems to fit his behavior.

He reminded me of a dishonest version of a person I knew that was "lightly" autistic. Forget the exact term... but very smart and just struggled socially.

My wife has a Facebook account and I occasionally get on there. I don't see what's so great about it. I'll sometimes post an item for sale on various groups and the ad will say " for more info text or call xxx-xxx-xxxx. " 99.9% of the people that respond still message my wife about the ad instead of calling or texting. Most the people that live on Facebook are low IQ knuckle draggers.
