The Plaintiff’s were the Gottleibs.

Neighborhood has 1 acre lots.

One of those neighbors.

The Gottleibs must be some real nice er,.....uh people? But then again, we don't live in a hoity-toity neighborhood in Georgetown....or anywhere else.

their name has been spread all over FB, I suspect they were left without a choice but to drop the lawsuit....and I'm totally fine with that. I use to be familiar with many of the judges in G'town, most of them would have tossed this lawsuit out of their court, along with the Gottleibs....

While the plane were supposedly approved by the HOA, the result was a violation. Hence the lawsuit.
There were countless name-calling posts everywhere and many death threats.
You can imagine why the plaintiffs withdrew the lawsuit.

There is evil lurking everywhere, especially if opinionated humans are present.
