Looking for Transportation/Operations Management position in DFW/Austin/San Antonio area

Currently working for a Class I railroad, the catch is my family and home are in Burleson, but the work is in Springfield, MO. Trying to get back to either the Fort Worth area where home is, or back to the Central Texas area where I went to school. Have 10+ years of experience working for the RR and leading facilities of 250+ employees, both union and exempt. Would love to stay in the rail industry, but not married to it at the same time. If anybody has any ideas or knows of something would gladly welcome an introduction. Appreciate everyone taking a look at this.
