Shooter's Station is the only indoor range I know of in Conroe. There is an outdoor range on FM 2854. I think there is an indoor range on Hwy 30 between Huntsville and Shiro, I believe its called ATC. I've never been to it though.

That would be ATC America, AKA Lion Star gun range. I am a member there. It is a nice enough facility, though it is not climate controlled. It has been too long ago for me to remember what the non-member range fee is, but it is generally not a per-hour fee, unless they're packed and have folks waiting, which almost never happens. Shoot any target you want, so long as you do so safely.
Remember, in a life-or-death situation, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
