Have you ever had to draw your weapon?

Have any of you CHL holders had to draw/fire your weapon in defense of self or others? If you're comfortable doing so, will you please tell us about it? I realize it's a sensitive topic, but it's important, and it may better prepare the rest of us for the possibility.
