At least that's a new variation on signage. Most places that sell beer to go have the TABC sign that says, "The unlicensed possession of a handgun on these premises is a felony" (emphasis added).
Simple UCW is a misdemeanor, but on TABC licensed premises, it gets bumped up to a felony.
