The location was great and the Sunday morning turnout was pretty decent.. Not too crowded, but not too slow to scare away the vendors for next time. The food court prices were outrageous ($7 for a mini pizza and $4 for a soda... movie theater prices), but, if that's my biggest complaint it must have been a good day..

I would definitely go here again before Will Rogers.

$9 admission :grumble
And a big giant easel at the entrance door with a 3 foot 30.06 sign. :grumble :grumble
Only the show itself was posted... There were no signs on any of the Convention Center doors (as least nothing I noticed, I was looking)

My son and I made it to the show today. There seemed to be a good turnout of both vendors and shoppers. I like the location.

Actually there was a sign on the window to the left of the front entrance. It wasn't compliant....small font, printed on transparent material then stuck on glass making it harder to read, and it was located at eye level for a four year old.

Surprisingly good show, almost all guns, and quite a crowd.
I appreciated the free covered parking, especially now that ft Worth charges for parking.
Very nice facility too.

Took my 10 year old daughter with me and walked out with her first rifle. A 10/22 with a purple laminate stock. We then stopped by the Great Southwest Gun Range so she could try it out. The girl is still glowing and Dad now has a new shooting partner.

I know it's not much, but if you sign up on their website you'll get an email about the upcoming show and if you print it off it's good for $1 off the price of admission. I'd say that would buy you a soda but I guess that's not the case anymore

I went and liked the venue and the room there was to move around, but was disappointed in the fact that there were limited accessories to be found. I was looking for a HIVIZ front sight for my 1911. Big State was there, and normally has them, but they had apparently split up their inventory and taken part of it to the Pasadena show, so he didn't have any. No one else had any sights either. :-(

Oh well, other than that I there were a lot of gun vendors and the pricing seemed to be reasonable overall for their items. :thumbs2:

I was there too. The only purchase was an airsoft rifle for my 11 year old. There seemed to be a lot of vendors, mostly new in box stuff at prices similar to what you can find on the internet. No screaming good deals. Not much product for those of us looking for a diamond in the rough.
