Ok, so i just found this thread. I have been working out for six weeks and have lost 25lbs so far. A guy i work for used to be a personal trainer and convinced me into getting a 24 hour membership. I now work out 5 times a week, with his guidence and eat a high protein diet. My goal is to gain 15 lbs of muscle now.

3 weeks after starting P90X, I'm down from 234 to 225. 9 lbs in 3 weeks isnt too bad, especially since I haven't changed my diet all that much...just working out.

OK, I've been a lot lazier about it than y'all have, but just shuttin' my pie hole and switching to fruit and veggies for snacks has taken 6 pounds off in the last few weeks. Once I get my lardy rear end moving like it should, that number ought to increase pretty quickly.

Keep the updates coming. It helps me get a bit more competitive when y'alls weights threaten to pass mine on the way down! :lol:
