I dunno about that. Have you ever heard the expression, "Hey, hold my beer and watch this!" ? I have watched very intelligent and educated people turn into completely different animals after a couple too many drinks. I'm sure others have witnessed the transformation as well. Unfortunately, a jury of our 'peers' is far from like-minded, level headed people. Very true. There are idiots who think you are somehow never justified in using deadly force, even when there is a clear threat of bodily harm or death.
