So, according to the Senator, a police officer can stop you for ANY number of reasons, yet his logic is that stopping you for displaying a weapon is a bigger reason than any other.
Yes, I agree that pulling the amendment would make for a smoother ride for the bill, but please, PLEASE for the love of all that is holy, stop with the bull. Just vote for or against the bill!

LEO down here checks the person, and lets them on their way.
I have a friend who is a Sgt. in the McAllen PD. She tells me they don't arrest anyone with a gun until they do something wrong , and they have cartel members keeping guns in their fanny packs.
