Turner is a hypocrite. Him standing up there talking about "making this better" and denigrating those who say "my way or no way" is disgusting. His primary motivation to send this back is to kill it.

Rep Dale, I think my Police are smart enough now, if we have officers who need additional training to deal with this, they need additional training period.

I feel the same way. If these protesting officers think this amendment is the only thing standing in the way of unlawfully detaining citizens then perhaps this redundancy is needed.
