I e-mailed the city water dept asking for their estimate for my lot's impervious area used for calculating my rain tax. I wonder if they thought it was funny or mean spirited to use the name "rain tax" instead of whatever they call it?Lets hope they don't get any ideas from Houston's "rain tax".
