The BGC can vary. There are people that sent on or around the same as me and the BGC has already cleared. I think it is just luck of the draw. When I got mine done by L1 I asked the lady and she said it took about 5 days for DPS to get the prints. When my status was avaliable online, exactly 3 weeks from mailing the packet, it was showing finger prints complete. I agree with the luck of the draw.
