No less and no more than the family of a civilian who died in an accident.

They could go back to sending telegrams for combat deaths. "The Secretary of Defense regrets to inform you..."

The president's intentions for Johnson's widow may have been good but misunderstood. On the other hand, his thoughts about war heros that were captured are well known so that poor widow may not have been very receptive, especially at that particular time - on the way to meet her husband's body.

Trump Dossier paid for and initiated by Hillary Campaign and DNC, furthered by FBI
http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/byron ... le/2638540
But knowing that the Clinton campaign, the DNC, and Perkins Coie supported the dossier is not the end of the story. The most important next step is the FBI.
Sometime in October 2016 — that is, at the height of the presidential campaign — Christopher Steele, the foreign agent hired by Fusion GPS to compile the Trump dossier, approached the FBI with information he had gleaned during the project. According to a February report in the Washington Post, Steele "reached an agreement with the FBI a few weeks before the election for the bureau to pay him to continue his work."

In the midst of a court case that threatened to reveal the dossier’s funding, it emerged overnight that political consulting firm Fusion GPS was retained last year by Marc E. Elias, an attorney representing the DNC and the Clinton campaign. The firm then hired former British intelligence officer Christopher Steele to write the now-infamous dossier.
Holder DOJ steered settlement funds away from conservative groups

“Concerns include: a) not allowing Citi to pick a statewide intermediary like the Pacific Legal Foundation (does conservative property-rights legal services),” the official, whose name is redacted in the email, wrote under the title of “Acting Senior Counselor for Access to Justice.”
Pay no attention to this though, it's all baloney -

Talking Points Brought to Trump Tower Meeting Were Shared With Kremlin - The New York Times
https://apple.news/AC4p60w-sRN68z6Q_bwNegA
The DNC and the Hillary Campaign payed for the Trump Dossier. Leo Panetta a Dem and former head of the CIA today said this needs to be investigated who knew what when. Hil doesn't mention in her book "what happened" that her campaign paid for it.
However instead, the NYTimes writes again about a meeting a Russian attorney had where she said she had some dirt on Hil. Trump Jr attended the meeting.
BTW Hil made gobs of money from the Russians and helped sell our uranium to them while she was Sec of State. There is a lot of dirt on Hil.

CNN claims to have information that Mueller's grand jury has indicted someone. More fake news? CNN doesn't provide details about what or who, so do we really need the suspense? Ok, let's guess who it might it be anyway... Manafort? Flynn? Kushner? Page? Stone? Donald Jr? Sessions? Plenty of prospects.
And what might charges be? Obstruction? Money laundering? False testimony?
Enjoy the anticipation.

The Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller, who was appointed after the recusal of his just appointed Attorney General to investigate Russian collusion during the election by Donald Trump has had indicted Paul Manafort and Rick Gates who were Donald Trump's campaign chairman and a guy I don't know for money laundering and conspiracy against the United States. The charges include having expensive taste in clothes, cars and rugs.
So we will see if he gets around to the real crimes in the election. Or if he is just on a witch hunt as Trump has suggested.
