We need to get Texas CHL Forumshirts or caps so we can recognize one another.

Carry a Glock 17 in the MTAC holster & loving it. It also doubles as my IDPA rig. Anybody in the El Paso area know where they do competitive shooting around here?

This is a great forum. Look forward to contributing.

Hi everyone. I've enjoyed reading for the past few days and I thought I'd introduce myself.

I've had my CHL for just a few weeks and haven't really gotten my feet wet yet. I have been out to the range and punched a lot of holes in paper, but I'm not about to carry until I have better confidence in my proficiency.

This past weekend I went to the Fort Worth Gun Show and picked up a new carry piece: Walther PPS First Edition. These are brand new - my serial number is less than 130. Of course being new, there isn't much available in accessories like holsters. But that will come with time. For now, it's getting out to the gun range and hitting targets.

I'm glad I've found this forum and I hope I can add something of value to the discussions!
