Yesterday my status changed to "Manufacturing Pending". This morning it changed to "MANUFACTURING". Mailed all my stuff Feb. 1st. We'll see when it arrives...

It took DPS 5 weeks to send a response to my email. Best way to get ahold of them is to call otherwise, get comfortable.

Status finally changed to .........MAILED. Sent off completed package Feb. 1st. Today is April 12. Should be here in 3-5 days.... maybe.

Status changed to "Mailed" this afternoon. Packet was complete with fingerprints on Feb. 14,2013, todays date April 13,2013. Will update when plastic in hand. My wife's still says Manuf. and she is not a happy camper!! I told her I would ck later or in morning, should be there by then unless they ran out of stamps. Looks like we are all getting there sooner or later.

For those on a similar timeline I have an update the my previous post:

2/10 - Application Completed
2/21 - Fingerprinting Completed
3/2 - CHL Course Completed
3/4 - Packet Mailed
4/13 - Application FINALLY showing accepted

41 days from mailing (I live in Austin) to showing up on the website as accepted. All that's left is Background Pending and CHL Manufacturing!

P.S. my wife has the same timeline and her status changed today too.

My status changed on the 13th as well! It still says application, fingerprints and background check under review but everything else is green. I mailed packet on 3/1 so its nice to finally see some update but I know there are still some folks waiting longer than me!

3/8 - Application Completed
3/8 - Fingerprinting Completed
3/5 - CHL Course Completed
3/8 - Packet Mailed
3/15 - DPS received Application
NOT one peep sense then, over a month now.

Hello everyone! I'm new to the forum, so this will be my first post:

4/5 - Submitted Online Application
4/6 - Took Initial CHL class with proficiency test
4/9 - Electronic fingerprinting completed
4/9 - Mailed the rest of the required materials to the DPS (opted for them to use my DL photo instead of submitting passport photos)
4/10 - Received confirmation of delivery to the DPS

4/19 - Website lists my status as "Application processed online. CHL is waiting on the receipt of required materials."

So here I am, waiting it out. I'm not expecting to see any update on my status for at least another week or two... Perhaps I'll be pleasantly surprised!

Like the man said, "Houston we have plastic" . Card came today 65 days from electronic Finger prints being submitted. Wife's card is finally enroute. We took all the classes and submitted fingerprints at the same time, DPS took an extra three days in manfacturing for hers. Who can tell? I'll let ya'll know when the wife's card gets here.
