Ghost gun plans can be posted online says 9th circuit of Appeals.
I guess this would be a 1st and 2nd Amendment win.
A Trump win?

NBC buys ghost gun kit out of state, travels across state lines, hires a third party to build it in episode to show how easy it is to create a ghost gun.
Viewers report them to the ATF. Someone with the AG’s office in PA may also be involved.

It’s the guns fault.

They let hardened criminals back out on the streets with no accountability and now it's the guns fault. In a time where 3D printing does not require any kit, their logic is pretty tortured.

My friend in California mentioned that there is a portable CNC machine that is inexpensive that can turn 80% lowers out very quickly. His law enforcement friend's and club members have tested a number of them. No failures reported....

Xiden to crack down on ghost guns. 10 fold increase since 2016.
So today is this 10 people shot or 10 gun seized? How big an increase since Jan 20 2021? Same 10 fold increase?

Rep. Massie does not like the current Biden proposal, says:
The Constitution does not authorize the federal government to prevent you from making your own firearm. This a fact that has been recognized for 200+ years. Also, Article 1, Section 1 (literally the first operative sentence in the Constitution) says Congress makes law, not POTUS!
I am glad someone in government disagree with Wickard v. Filburn

So…is the cup holder in my truck also in need of a vin# now? Maybe the rear axle and tires too?

Actually any piece of metal or plastic must be registered as a firearm, and also a vehicle, as well as anything else it can be "easily converted" into. This include any objects you own that are made from either metal or plastic, of course.

Unfortunately, these new EOs contain specific language relating to firearms with "split receivers" …which necessarily includes every AR15 ever made. I
suspect that we'll see future regs requiring serializing of upper receivers/receiver assemblies. From there, it’s a short road to requiring SNs for barrels, bolts, bolt carriers, gas blocks, etc.
I believe it was MAC or Mrgunsandgear who said that a split receiver reg would include Remington 870 shotguns for example, although I am personally ignorant about how 870s are put together.
