Unfortunately I disagree. If it isnt worth shooting then leave the doors open, cheaper than new locks and hinges. A lesson needs to be taught and learned. Maybe not worth killing over but a serious wound here and there will learn some lessons. It is past time of coddling criminals and letting them do as they wish. Punishment isnt severe and they assume they wont get shot at because of gun owners with morals. I agree on an individual basis that 20 dollars of copper isnt life threatening, but a billion dollars or whatever cumulative is. As far as I am concerned a 10 cent screw in my garage is worth stopping a thief over and punishing as much as a new car being taken. Thief is a thief is a thief.frankie_the_yankee wrote:Of course it isn't.stevie_d_64 wrote: The question is going to be, is A/C equipment, copper wiring worth shooting someone to stop them???
But the A/C equipment is certainly worth me ordering the dirtbags to get the heck out of there immediately, while calling the cops.
And if at that point they come after me, well, I'm absolutely worth it.
