I get little enjoyment from this news. Its a crying shame that someone is facing a felony, all because he was trying somewhat ineptly to do the right thing. He was declaring the weapon as is required by law. New York's draconian laws should be no reason to rejoice. Meanwhile nothing happens at all to the hog known as Michael Moore ... While the traitor hog goes about his mery way unimpeded. His body guard may very well rot in jail for exersising the his RKBA.

Yep. It'll be interesting to see of Moore knows how to sing "Stand By Your Man".

Holy Cow! 2 1/2 years deep down in the archives of the forum here...
This may be a record...
I guess I would have to wonder about the disposition of this case, did the bodyguard get convicted, or was it quietly swept under the rug???

He does not show up in the NYS Department of Corrections database, and NY City's is pretty close to useless.
