my wife is partial to my H &K P7. She is pretty darn accurate with it, alarmingly so! try a small frame weapon that she is comfortable holding. When shooting the lack of group can be inexperience and improper sight picture, but many times there is also the factor of improper grip, unable to get a proper grip.
