The George Bush Tollway and Dallas North Tollway are within the the city limits of many ciities, most of which are major and the DPS works traffic on them. But I believe in general you are correct.

I forgot to put an asterik on my last statement. NTTA has a contract with DPS for patrolling the Tollroads in the Dallas area.
