I think I will write a polite letter as well to them. If they are uncomfortable about looking like "gun nazis" I'd like them to get more uncomfortable.

Start with accepting the fact that they're car dealers, and assume that everything they say is a lie.

My oldest brother-in-law in the most successful car salesman in Shreveport. I like him a lot. I don't trust him as far as I can throw him, and since he weighs about 400 pounds...

yeah, that's kinda my thought, too. whatever their "position" is, they still haven't taken down the signs.
Cmdr, did you ask them to take the signs down. seems to me, if they just had some yahoos put up the signs, and they don't really support them being there, then they should be receptive to taking them down.

course, if you do, you realize this means you have to buy a car from them, right?

We alll know the address, so we should write letters to Steve Jackson of Rockwall Toyota explaining we will refrain from engaging in business with them until they take the sign down.
