Your right to free speech is trumped by Chas' property rights. While on this website you are on Chas' private property and he can specify the rules by which you are required to operate.
See for example the loudmouth who walks into a bar, causes trouble, and then cites his rights while the bouncer rightly kicks him out.
Same thing goes for the buisinesses that choose to post 30.06. If you dont like the rules, and cant abide by them, go elsewhere. First ammendment doesnt apply on a private board.

Applied online, paid with credit card, card was charged at that moment.
Mailed paperwork packet on the 1st, I am still "packet mailed to applicant"

If there is one thing I have learned from reading the posts in the waiting room, it is that the status page on the TDPS sight is no indication of the actual status of your application. I think they put that there to help keep us off their case while they worked. Updates are done on a seasonal basis.
I still have no pin after 6 weeks.
