GeopagusSOME, and I stress some, agency computer systems will automatically run a DL check on the registered owner of a vehicle that the officer runs a computer check on.

I can only imagine.......A good dispatcher will also be checking these things for an officer as radio traffic allows. But dispatchers are a WHOLE 'nother topic. ;)
