He obviously didn't know what the term finally delinquent meant. he asked if his past due tax would cause him to be denied his CHL. I would call that tax advice. Then he wants to attack my post.Maybe he should have just PM'ed you instead of posting in an open thread. Sorry you fellows didn't like my answer. It made more sense than some of the other posts. I certainly wouldn't expect that "finally delinquent" describes my status since I have been making payments on these taxes as usual (I did this same thing last year with no ill effects... seems the county doesn't mind making a little interest). But I had never heard the term "finally delinquent" and it only dawned on me during the CHL that they might translate that to "late payment". Figured I'd check here first.
