What is your capacity/title at Pizza Hut Park?Joya wrote:I want to thank everyone for the valuable information [/u]you gave me about Pizza Hut Park. Moving forward I will make sure that all entrances to the facility with have the proper signs and posting required to serve notice that hand guns are not allowed in this facility. I was also wanting to know if we can post similar signs at the gates to the fields to serve as warnings for anyone running on to the field. If anyone can assist me in this I would appreciate it.
PS - the belts were taken up due to data we got that they have been used in the "mosh pits" as slap parties and certain belts have studs with hinges that allow drugs to be stored in them. Every item held was returned to every person that came back for it. This was by far the best crowd we have ever had here in Frisco and it was really good to see everyone enjoying the night and the morning thanks to Metalica taking us almost to 1am.

P'Zwnt!

Post a 30.06 sign at every gate in the fence. Or lock the gates.Joya wrote:I was also wanting to know if we can post similar signs at the gates to the fields to serve as warnings for anyone running on to the field. If anyone can assist me in this I would appreciate it.
If you can read this, thank a teacher. If it's on the internet, thank a geek.

Another GOOD reason to stay away. If Joya has a CHL and wants to make sure his/her place of work is posted correctly so that we can be victims, that is a red flag. If Joya does not have a CHL, well, that is too bad for him/her.Joya wrote:I want to thank everyone for the valuable information [/u]you gave me about Pizza Hut Park. Joya, are you afraid that we would get mad about a $4 bottle of water and shoot up the place?

Re: Pizza Hut Park in Frisco - 3006 or wands?
Per Wikipedia, for what it is worth....
Pizza Hut Park is a multi-purpose facility, featuring a 20,500 seat stadium, built and owned by the suburb of Frisco in Collin County, Texas. Its primary tenant is Major League Soccer team FC Dallas, which relocated from the Cotton Bowl in central Dallas to the fast-growing suburb. The naming rights to the facility were acquired by the large pizza chain Pizza Hut whose corporate headquarters are in Addison, Texas (a northern Dallas suburb).
30.06 is not enforceable due to ownership.
You cannot carry there during a professional sporting event and other events sponsored by schools, but other than that it is not allowed to post 30.06.

Don't tell Frankie you said that. ya'll can look up his posts to sort out what I mean.
FWIW, IIRC, AFAIK, FTMP, IANAL. YMMV.
Re: Pizza Hut Park in Frisco - 3006 or wands?
Yep, that's correct. Well, they *can* post a 30.06 sign, but it won't be valid or have any legal authority.texasag93 wrote: You cannot carry there during a professional sporting event and other events sponsored by schools, but other than that it is not allowed to post 30.06.
