I had once bought some 're-manufactured' ammunition from a small company that regularly sells at the local show. One round either had a weak case or too much powder. It blew a hole in the case, but fortunately didn't cause any real damage to gun or shooter. I pulled the rest of the bullets and reloaded my own safe reloads. Any ammo I don't reload is now purchased only from the big companies (Speer, Remington, Corbon).

So you guys will buy and shoot that junk Wolf ammo but complain about reloaded ammo? And I guess no one has had "factory new" ammo fail?

I may not like the steel cases or the fact that it shoots dirty, but I have never had an issue with Wolf's overall quality control.
You may not like it, but you know what to expect.
With reloaded ammo there is no guarantee of ANY quality control!!

I've seen new factory ammo that had problems,at the gun range last week had a 17 hmr with federal bullets that had bulged and blown cases apparently from an overcharge and it was every round he fired in a 50 round box after about 5 rounds he quit shooting them
