I really appreciated his knowledge and ability to post the laws pertinent to the discussions on hand.
But, it seems he was way to quick to call someone a liar before even one question was asked, and was way to abrasive in a lot of his opinions

I was always appreciative of his encyclopedic knowledge of Texas law, and his devotion to accuracy and honesty.

I also worried about his apparent poor control over his temper, and his need to absolutely dominate every aspect of an interaction.

As I have said before, I would not want to encounter him in a traffic stop situation (where he is the cop).

I liked to debate TXI on a lot of issues, but he was pretty knowledgable in a lot of areas.

Best of luck to him.

(I still believe that 'being in fear of your life' is relevant ;-) )
