I agree, I hope that we can work it out and make it a regular practice. Don't worry Stevie....once you shoot with me....they will have someone else to snicker at! I had a great time at the range, Seadawg, Dustin...I enjoyed shooting and visiting. Have a great night and I look forward to the next time.

We will do it again, I found out that the place where I buy ammo some times does refinishing work so i let the gun there in Texas City to get a new Teflon finish. Whenever it gets finished we will go shoot her again...That is IF i can find some more cheap surplus ammo...lots of websites say they have it BUT when you call they are out.
MUST FIND CHEAP AMMO

I'd be willing to pitch in on the supply, just let me know. T's ammo down in texas city has some decent prices, but not surplus prices. We got a 100 round bag of .223 for my friend's AR for $20.95. Not sure what they charge for .308 but it should be a fair price.

T's is where I left the gun to get a new finish on her, they wanted nearly $500 for 1000 rounds

I think the actual price they quoted me was about .44 cents per round.
I just bought some surplus ammo at
http://www.aimsurplus.com for $178 per 1000 rounds delivered to my house
