I voted legal and it is a beautiful rig. But I believe the belt buckle itself would draw more attention than I'm comfortable with. Plus, wearing a gun belt over your pants belt will make more of a bulge which your jacket may show. (I'm assuming you're talking a western cut sportcoat, not a duster.)

Have you considered something along the lines of Tucker's HF1? The holster conceals a little easier and you can get belt and pouch to match in a choice of stampings.

Got the Rig today and took some pictures for ya'll. As you can see it conceals very nicely. Maybe those that voted as being illegal might want to reconsider their vote.

The holster has a cant to it just like a concealed holster. I could not tell from the stock picture and originally thought it was a straight drop. I am pleasantly surprised.

The custom modification I had them make was the trigger cover of the holster and that turned out great. Both the Belt and the Holster are lined with leather. Suede for the Belt and Smooth for the Holster. It is made for a 5" .45 ACP but a Commander (4 & 1/4") fits fine also.

The Rig also came with 3 hand tooled Belt Keepers you can see in a couple of the pictures. Very nice!. I am modeling this rig over my regular dress belt and using the 3 belt keepers. The support of the double belts actually makes the Rig more comfortable than a standard OWB pancake on a regular concealed gunbelt.

After taking these pictures, I can see that I will have no problem wearing this just exactly the same as I wear a concealed pancake type OWB Holster. It only slightly bulges out a bit at the very end of the holster, but as you can see it is not any longer than a concealed OWB pancake and whatever bulge it makes is not noticeable as "Man with a Gun"!!!! It does not stick out below the bottom line of a sport coat or even a regular lightweight jacket.

The double breasted jacket pictured is not what I intend to wear with this when I go out in the evenings. It is just something I had handy to try. Now I gotta go shopping for a nice Western Sports Coat.

I am really pleased with the quality of the workmanship of this rig and especially the quality of the hand tooling (NOT stamped). That is what makes it cost so much. But......the plain (non tooled) version is not cheap either!

And I have to change my vote after seeing you wear it. With a rig like that and a jacket like that, it is properly concealed, IMHO. Looks to me like you made an excellent choice.
