Nothing I can say that hasnt already been said, except the obvious; keep it clean. I have the Ultra Stainless II and Im very happy with it. I had a few problems when it was new and not broken in, but I have all the confidence in the world using it for daily carry now. I take it down and clean it every month, and after taking it out for a little excersize at the range. I use a Bianchi and a Galco holster, depending on what Im wearing. When you get a holster, make sure you get one with a retaining mechanism, and practice (make sure its not loaded, or has a snap cap chambered) drawing and taking it off safety until it becomes second nature. I recently had the unfortunate experience of having to draw mine on a road rager, and I had it out and safety off without even thinking about it. It was in my holster with the paddle retainer that you push with your middle finger to release it.
Not knowing how much use it has seen, getting the new springs and pin is a good idea. Cant get much better than Wilson mags too.
