In & Mom is home w/ us now. She has done exceptionally well. Made all night w/ out pain. slept as long as the nurses were not doing what nurses do in the middle of the night.
Morning & she got up, washed her face, brushed her teeth, & asked for a cup of coffee. I got it for her & after we drank a cup she wanted to walk. We made a good walk around the halls & she settled in for the day. At a liquid breakfast, had a regular diet dinner, Barbara is fizing supper now for us. She has had a shower by herself & doing good.
Thank you all for your prayers.

I'm glad to hear that your mother is doing well.

That hospital coffee is something, isn't it? I am going to have to develop a position on it.

Yes the coffee yesterday was not as good as this morning.
She has now had breakfast. Scrambled eggs, soft Turkey bacon, My GOOD coffee :thumbs2: Toast from Barbara's home baked bread.

She is resting. Swallowing was easy she said.
Still not any pain to speak of.
Slept all night. A good day ahead.

That is great news LT! Sounds like your Mom is a real trooper.

I am happy to hear that she is suffering no real pain. The procedure she had, has the potential to be a painful one. Thanks for the update.

Gotta go get some breakfast now, your post made me hungry! Turkey bacon....yummmmmm!

LT - that's wonderful news!

You both are still in my prayers for her quick and full recovery, and a huge burden lifted from your family.

Another thanks to you all before heading to church.
Mom continues to improve on a fast track. Thank you Lord.
She wanted to go home yesterday evening so she did. 3 miles. :woohoo Mom's frig is still close. "rlol"
I checked on her early evening & all's well. This morning she is good & says she will be at church but not Sunday School.
Yesterday I printed off all the responses from you guys & she sat & read every one at least 2 times that I saw. (Public board & PMs) I spent most of my day in the "HideOut" loading. Did a range orientation. So I was not in the house much. She may have read them more but she also took them home. Ment a lot to her.
Said to say a special thanks to all of you for your prayers. She said, there are a lot on here that do not even know me. Tell them a special thanks..
Have a great day in the Lord & I will check in after church this evening.
LT & Mom.

Thanks for the prayers. Will give a report on the Path tests when we get them. Still pray there please.
