I totally agree. I didn't say it was logical to ban guns because of a mass shooting, I just said that that is what it would take. Unfortunately, emotions can override logic pretty quickly, and some irreversible consequences may occur!

In the name of defending our lives, America may ask for something it doesn't really want.

That said, I am not overly anxious. I happen to think that the FBI, CIA, etc... has been doing a fantastic job of keeping us safe from terrorist plotters. I think about the attacks that have been thwarted, and the lack of attacks since 9/11, and I think we are doing well! :patriot:
