How to track Status of CHL application?

So I applied and received my email stating they had received my documents on January 7th. Fingerprints and all. I have had no further contact, have no license, can't get through on the phone, and have failed to get a reply on the email asking them to confirm I was still in the system. It's been over 60 days....what now???

I'm starting to get beyond frustrated and very let down with this whole thing. Should I be concerned that my information was lost??
