I had the same problem with the G26. It wasn't every 3rd shot or anything, maybe 1 out of every 20 or so. I didn't have the problem with my XD9, PPS, or 92FS. It even happened with the G26 I rented before I had my own.

All of my Glocks eject up and to the right. I don't see any way they could hit me in the head. They might nail the guy shooting next to me.

Make sure you wear a baseball hat. I've seen hot brass bounce off a forehead and fall straight behind your safety glasses.
