Can anyone find the problems in these policies?

This may be a good excuse to conduct a FOIA request as to how this was created.

Remember, this is the same college that FORCED all students to purchase $35 parking permits each semester even if they did not own a car. Federal lawsuit settled that one. In the late '90's, had several police officers arrested and convicted for raping female studnets who they were escorting to their vehicles.

So I wonder if it'd be worth the effort to email them pointing out that there's several errors in their policy.
