I'm still pretty new at this, and it looks like a bad idea to me. Warning: Slowing down your response time may be hazardous to your health. Along with all the other reasons previously noted. Just looks like like someone trying to make a dollar or in this case 27 of them.

Slowing down ones responce time by only a second isn't so bad, as long as you have that extra second to spare. If the luxury extra second isn't available, there probably won't be much time for regret either.

This is an example of a clever invention by someone who doesn't understand the problem he's trying to address.
