Surplus ammo varies in its consistency. The Czech Yellow Silver Tip is some of the best surplus ammo around. New production S&B 7.62x54R is absolutely great - very accurate and consistent. BTW, I'm shooting 4 different types of surplus ammo so accuracy varies. I'm sure accuracy will improve if I reload, but right now surplus ammo is cheap and plentiful.
