A lady at work told a middle school kid that sagging with his pants down to his knees means that when he goes to jail he is all ready to get pounded in the butt. I guess that is how the older guys are so used to walking around with there pants down to there knees or ankles.
I went to middle school with like 4 MS-13 gang members. Once they finished middle school I never saw them again in high school. They found all kinds of stuff on the student when searching them on school grounds.
