The rodeo is just one place where I think a CHL holder can get confused. There are lots of situations where you may not be sure you are legal or not. As far as I am concerned, if there is any question or doubt about whether it's legal to carry or not I will simply not carry. It's always easier to "stay" out of trouble than it is to "get" out of trouble.
