It's been 4 weeks today since Cindy's disappearance. There have been no new leads to the Dallas Police Department. The homicide investigators have turned the case over to the missing persons department.
That is the only "new" news that I have. I still think that isn't something Cindy would do. I don't believe she would put her parents, siblings and family and friends through the "not knowing" thing like this.
Maybe I'm wrong.
Thanks for all your continued prayers for Cindy.

We don't know what's going on in other people's lifes or in their minds. Sometimes, I wonder what's going on in my mind. Inasmuch as there have been no ransom demands, credit card trails, etc., etc., I imagine Cynthia may have taken a 'walkabout" and is trying to figure where the last half century went and what she wants out of the rest of her life.

Let's hope and pray this is the case.

Mike, thank you for the update I am sorry that it couldn't have been better news. Will keep praying and I trust this will work out for the good of everyone. God is able to do all things and He works in mysterious ways. Keep the faith.

It appears that the worst outcome of Cindy's disappearance has happened. Her car was found Friday in the woods off a dead end road just off a FM road not far from Sherman. There was a badly decomposed body in the car and Cindy's ID was also in the car. With no further details, I have no reason to believe it is not Cindy in the car.

Thanks in advance for your continued prayers for the Thrailkill family as they deal with feelings and grief. I hope that we can find out what exactly happened to give us all closure.
