Received packet today with PIN number!!!!

I do not take my class until the 30th at which time I will mail all of the requires paperwork, prints, photos, etc.

Does this mean it is being processed or does the PIN really not mean much?

DPS does nothing with your information until you mail in the packet with the fingerprint cards, signed affidavits, etc. Much of what they do is based on the fingerprint cards.
