The only 'issue' here is a 'seller' who is not interested in reality, and a frustrated ex-potential buyer. Oh and some spelling.
I had a rant, I probably shouldn't have but felt justified having wasted five days trying to deal when three words would have saved us both the aggravation.
I apologise, your gun and so do as you will but for the record I was also very polite and cordial, and I came back to you twice with improved offers. I even have PMs from other members here agreeing with me that your price is off the scale.
But whatever, I have edited my post and will not be bothering you again.
