Wrong. My concern is what I see as the lack of caring by the PD. I'm sure money is their reason for not providing service.

Except when they write the ticket the money goes to the city to help pay them. Minor accident, they get nothing. That is why they are trying to wash their hands of as much of that as they can. But I think it is wrong.

Wrong again Karnack! :banghead: Liability was established within 2 hrs of the accident and well before this post ever started. And as I have previously stated a rear end collison on a stopped vehicle is fairly clear. Please try to trust me its not about the liability, it's about the process.
