Here's a link to the speech. It's a video...no transcript found.
http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 2704318361

His speech starts at 39 minutes into the video. His comments about banning hunting are at 49.27 minutes into the speech. I'll warn you, this guy and the others on the speech panel are serious wack-jobs. It is time you'll never get back, and you will regret it. :yawn How did Harvard get such a stellar reputation when they produce incomprehensable garbage like this? And the rich mush mellons that attend there just soak it up and repeat it. I had to stop. I was yelling at my computer screen. :bigmouth

EDIT: Fast forward to 58:00, and you'll catch the comment about animal cruelty being "not the same as, but in many ways, morrally akin to slavery and mass extermination of human beings". WHOA! Where are the civil rights activists on this?

I need to go to the range now!

Some people are educated far beyond their intelligence.
If you can read this, thank a teacher. If it's on the internet, thank a geek.

I support our Constitutional right to Arm bears. Its very clearly laid out in the Second Amendment:
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and Arm Bears, shall not be infringed.

While bears are certainly vicious animals in there own right capable of mauling to death any foe, up to and including man. They cannot compete with high power rifles. Thus to level the playing field and turn hunting into an sport based on equality we must protect the second amendment.
