That is what my brother in law told me. Most people do carry loaded but if they get caught by the military, cops don't leave the office except on very special occasions, they can go to jail and not get to carry anymore. This guy is military or former military I am sure. He may be in a special police group or something but most likely military personal guard. That is my opinion. Surprisingly or not the Philippines does have a decent number of gun owners and the overall view of them is neutral. The E.U. and U.N. are the only reason, I think, they have any licensing at all and that is all bout money and not an anti-gun ideology.Liberty wrote:I wonder if concealed carry folks in the Philipines are required to to carry unloaded.
