My Plastic arrived today also! Dps received on 7-30-09 and arrived in mail today 9-14-09. They must have hired more people for CHL applications.

Someone must have lit a fire under DPS's butt. My application was mailed out on 01 August. Just checked on line, and I got the word: application completed. license issued or certificate active. Plastic "should" arrive before I return home on r&r in October.
