Wow, never heard of anyone doing that. I am sure somebody would have given you something for it despite the problems.

I have a new PM40, I have had one FTF with only 100 rounds fired so far. Due to that I canot say that I have had no problems, but it was relatively minor.

LOL...yeah...that is what I called getting upset. I am way too much of a cheap skate to cut up a gun. I too would have sold it for something.

Bought a CW9 and worked flawlessly for a while, then I guess I tried other ammo. Certain ammos won't fire, I guess the strike is too light and won't work on certain brands of primers, factory ammo. The advice from Kahr is not to use the brands of ammo that won't fire! Winchester White Box is the most reliable practice ammo and every brand of defense ammo has worked fine. Remington UMC is the worst so far.

That's ridiculous. Tell them you want an RMA, send it back, and send back failed cartridges with it so they can look at the light strikes.
It's probably got metal filings or other junk in the striker channel, but it may have a defective striker, striker spring, etc. It should fire all factory ammo without a hitch. Remember mine would do this occasionally, then suddenly it stopped firing any ammo more than 40% of the time. So send it back!! Make them fix it. If you ask, they will also pay for shipping both ways.

Bought a Kahr P9.
MANY problems. Went back repeatedly for repair.
Kahr eventually replaced it, but I traded the replacement - unfired - for a Glock 26.
Don't see myself EVER owning another polymer Kahr.
